Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Telford, Mid, UK
Job Type: Full Time Contract, 12+ Months
Job Description:
* Communicate outsource work priorities for customers daily/weekly, ensuring attention to detail for customer requirements and contractual obligations.
* Provide quotations for subcontract prices via the sales system. Manage daily prioritization of customer orders, communicate status, and handle escalations.
* Answer daily customer queries and document information accurately.
* Process new customer requests and ensure timely management of outsource work by:
* Triggering the release of service orders to suppliers
* Partnering with logistics to verify unit progress
* Monitoring turnaround times to meet contractual commitments
* Handling requests to verify receipt or processing steps for outsourced work
* Updating internal system notes for each job
* Following quality procedures for logging certificates for audit purposes
* Supporting day-to-day onsite duties with good teamwork and prompt support
* Ensuring supply of high-tech materials, equipment, and services aligned with supply chain goals
* Working from the Telford, UK facility within the Client’s Global Services Organization
* Managing procurement tasks such as generating requisitions, purchase orders, reviewing supplier quotes, and ensuring on-time delivery
* Supporting procurement contract staff with reports, confirmations, and expediting as needed
* *Strong computer office skills required*
5 days a week onsite is mandatory.
