This is a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Officer / Legal Risk & Compliance Specialist to join a supportive team, where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring best practice across the business and have the scope to grow into a wider leadership role. They're looking for a true generalist to cover every aspect of compliance. The Role? Developing and updating compliance procedures, processes, and controls Supporting firm-wide compliance with SRA standards, AML legislation, GDPR and risk reviews Conducting compliance checks, audits, and risk assessments Drafting and updating template letters, training programmes and policies Escalating issues and breaches appropriately, with practical recommendations Playing a key role in accreditation processes such as Lexcel, SRA and CQS audits Monitoring supervisory meetings, file reviews, and mentoring supervisors Providing clear, supportive compliance guidance to lawyers and leadership About you? Experience in Compliance specifically in a law firm Open to a fee earner looking to make a move Strong knowledge of AML & SRA Codes of Conduct Excellent communication Highly organised, proactive and deadline-driven What's in it for you?
