Job Description
As Operational Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational managers and frontline staff.
You will ensure efficient communication across the business, proactively manage workflow, and monitor operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain trackers, reports, records, and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Escalate issues to management within agreed SLAs and support compliance with hiring and documentation guidelines.
3. Provide administrative support to operational managers and frontline staff, including handling purchasing requests, consumable orders, and supplier liaison.
4. Coordinate communication with employees and customers through digital platforms, mailings, reports, and meetings.
5. Manage group mailboxes, prepare documents, and ensure efficient workflow across teams.
6. Support employee training on processes, policies, and systems while promoting consistency in operations.
7. Monitor operational efficiency, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Previous experience in an administration role is preferred.
9. Ability to monitor and respond to short-term work volume variations, ensuring team coverage to meet demand.
10. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
11. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
12. Experience in reporting and communicating data to clients and team members.
13. Team-oriented, caring, and approachable, encouraging collaboration and advice sharing.
14. Well-organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage competing demands.
15. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
