For the successful FLT Driver our client is offering:
* £12.71 per hour
* Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00
* Temporary - Permanent position
* On-site walk around / Induction to understand the roles and environment
* Pay review once permanent, usually increases to £13.71 depending on performance
* Growth within multiple sections / areas of the business
* Career progression / In House training
The Role - FLT Driver;
* Packing
* Palletising
* Unboxing products
* Heavy lifting up to 20kg
* Loading and unloading
* Liaising with transport
* Following food and hygiene regulations on site
* Working with a team of around 6-8 people
* Supervise the correct running of the various machines ensuring quality finished product.
* Correctly daily/weekly cleaning documents
What our client is looking for in a FLT Driver;
* Previous experience within the food manufacturing industry - DESIRABLE
* Counterbalance Forklift licence- ESSENTIAL
* Must have picking/ packing/ palletising experience- DESIRABLE
* Be able to complete / read labels and paperwork when required- ESSENTIAL
* Must be comfortable with heavy lifting up to 20KG -ESSENTIAL
