Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic finance leadership and recruitment services to clients
* Collaborate with clients to identify hiring needs
* Identify, attract and headhunt top talent for clients
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Cold and warm business development
* You will cover a Perm or Interim - Finance Leadership desk
Requirements:
* At least 2+ years of experience in a 360-recruitment role, within a consultancy or agency setting
* Proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering results
* Experience recruiting into Finance, or a similar professional services market
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Proven track record of personal billings and market knowledge
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong entrepreneurial and business development mindset
* Confident ability to drive relationships with senior candidates and clients
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to use own initiative
