We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone and e-mail to promote products and services, generate sales, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products or services utilizing where appropriate Project Bulletin data provided on subscription to the company.
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Identify customer needs and advise on appropriate products or services.
* Use a scripted sales pitch and adapt communication style to suit the customer.
* Handle queries and objections whilst working towards obtaining tender enquiries or technical sales/ company presentation visits.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information lead tracking database system.
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Collaborate with the sales team to support overall organisational goals.
Requirements
* High school education to GCSE and A-Level/BTEC preferred.
* Proven experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or a similar role preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.
* Strong listening and problem solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
* Positive attitude, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset.
