Position Summary
You will provide high‑quality executive support to our Strategy Supply Chain senior leaders as they operate in a fast‑moving, global environment. You will manage calendars, travel, and set up key strategy and team meetings while building strong relationships across multiple cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate cross‑time‑zone commitments.
* Organise travel, visas and detailed itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics and cost awareness.
* Handle confidential correspondence and communications with discretion and professionalism.
* Manage small projects and process improvements to increase team efficiency.
* Work with finance and procurement systems to process expenses, invoices and purchase requests.
* Act with discretion concerning sensitive information regarding GSK’s supply chain strategy.
Basic Qualifications
* Proven PA/EA experience supporting senior executives and/or leadership teams in a large organisation (director & VP‑level).
* Strong diary and travel management skills, including international travel coordination.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and willingness to learn new tools.
* High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
* Able to organise competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with expense, procurement or HR systems (e.g., Concur, Ariba, Workday).
* Experience supporting at regional or global scale across multiple countries and time zones.
* Advanced Excel skills or experience creating simple data reports and visual summaries.
* Experience managing vendors, event logistics or small project budgets.
* Comfortable learning and testing digital tools, including AI‑assisted productivity tools.
* Formal certifications in business administration or professional PA/EA qualifications.
Working Pattern and Location
This role is based out of GSK HQ in London (UK) and operates on a hybrid working model. You will be expected to work on‑site typically 2‑3 days per week, with flexibility to meet team and business needs.
