Our client, a well-established approved dealership, is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to enhance their busy parts department. Managing the parts desk efficiently for warranty, retail, and trade sales
Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Coordinating the distribution of parts to technicians
Managing stock control and processing returns
Utilising manufacturer parts catalogue systems for accurate ordering
Maintaining accurate administration records
Building robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
Ensuring all departmental tasks are completed promptly and professionallyRequirements:
A minimum of 12 months' experience within an automotive Parts Department
Strong customer service and communication skills
Sales-driven mindset with a good understanding of business operations
Reliable and proactive with the ability to work independently
Flexible approach to work schedules
Full UK driving licence
Professional attitude and team player mentality
