Responsibilities include:
1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance according to the company’s PPM and task schedules.
2. Undertake PPM activities professionally and with quality.
3. Produce technical and situational reports as required.
4. Utilize technology systems proactively to ensure contractual compliance.
5. Perform requested works professionally and proactively.
6. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
7. Provide first-line out-of-hours call-out support for the site.
8. Write activity reports accurately and promptly following company procedures.
9. Assist management in producing quotations by providing accurate information about additional works.
10. Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
11. Submit weekly timesheets accurately and on time.
12. Maintain a positive company image.
13. Perform reactive maintenance as directed by the Help Desk or management team.
14. Escalate major site issues or incidents to your line manager immediately.
15. Manage subcontractors working on site.
16. Understand and adhere to relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation, and be aware of your roles and responsibilities.
17. Handle, store, and use materials and equipment in compliance with legislation.
18. Participate actively in health and safety processes, including incident investigation, reporting, risk assessments, and audits.
19. Follow any other reasonable instructions from the Contract Manager or line managers.
20. Cooperate with the company to fulfill its moral and legal duties and obligations.
Essential qualifications (not desirable):
* Level 2 & 3 Electrical certifications
* 18th Edition
* HVAP / LVAP
