Job Title: Developer
Location: London (Hybrid – 2/3 days in office)
As a Developer, you will play a key role in enhancing commercial operations and trading systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in a front-office environment, delivering robust, scalable, and supportable solutions to meet the demands of a dynamic trading business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and enhance trading and commercial applications.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Build scalable, high-performance systems with robust testing.
* Collaborate with traders, analysts, and technology teams.
* Support system integration, deployment, and ongoing operations.
* Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
* C#, .NET 4+, ASP.NET API, Entity Framework 6
* SQL Server T-SQL, Git, Visual Studio
* Unit test frameworks (MSTest) & BDD (SpecFlow)
* Elastic Stack, Endur Openlink
* Experience in front-office environments within:
* Commodities Trading
* Investment Banking
* Brokerage
* Exchanges
Experience & Qualifications
* Strong experience as a software developer, ideally in trading or fast-paced commercial environments.
* Proven ability to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Professional certifications in relevant technologies are advantageous.
