You will work on a variety of high-profile developments providing commercial and technically monitoring advice while also developing your client-facing skills within a dynamic environment.\n\nThe position is ideal for:\n\n * \n\n An MRICS qualified and looking to progress to Senior Monitoring Surveyor\n\n * \n\n A Senior Monitoring Surveyor looking for a new challenge and route to Associate Director\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n * \n\n Deliver independent project monitoring services on behalf of funders and investors, covering risk analysis, cost reporting, programme evaluation, and quality assessments.\n\n * \n\n Prepare clear, concise reports that help clients make informed decisions.\n\n * \n\n Work closely with senior colleagues to maintain Dalbergia’s reputation for excellence and responsiveness.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n Experience in fund / bank monitoring — essential.\n\n * \n\n Strong report writing\n\n * \n\n A degree or similar qualification in a construction-related discipline (ideally Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Project Management).\n\n * \n\n Ideally MRICS qualified\n\n * \n\n Strong communication skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage workload independently and thrive in a flexible, supportive team environment.\n\n * \n\n Driving licence and happy driving to site.\n\nWhy Join Dalbergia?\n\nAt Dalbergia, we pride ourselves on a values-led, people-first approach.
