A friendly, established company in Havant are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for a range of duties including:
* Sales ledger
* Purchase ledger
* Bank reconciliations
* Assisting with VAT returns
* Helping the Accounts Manager prepare information for monthly reporting
* General ad hoc accounts and administrative duties, e.g. filing, scanning, answering accounts queries etc
* Use of Sage Accounts software
The company are looking for someone to work circa 25-30 hours per week and can be flexible regarding how these are spread. Previous experience using Sage would be highly beneficial.
