The Mission
As our SEO Content Manager, your goal is simple but ambitious: Grow organic revenue. You’ll be the architect of our content strategy, deciding what we create, why we create it, and how it wins in the SERPs. From deep-dive buying guides to high-converting category pages, you will bridge the gap between technical SEO and editorial excellence.
What You’ll Do
* Own the Strategy: Map out the SEO content roadmap, identifying high-growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market trends.
* Drive Performance: Use Semrush, GA4, and Search Console to turn raw data into actionable insights that boost rankings and conversions.
* Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of Content Executives, providing the clear direction and mentorship they need to execute your vision flawlessly.
* Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with the SEO Lead and report directly to the CMO, ensuring our content aligns with wider commercial goals.
* Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve on algorithm updates and the evolving landscape of AI-driven search.

* A Master Communicator: You can write high-level editorial copy and just as easily present performance metrics to stakeholders.
* A Strategic Thinker: You look beyond the "now" to see where the search landscape is heading.
The Toolkit
To thrive in this role, you should be an expert in:
* SEO Tools: Semrush (or similar), Google Search Console.
