A bit about the job:

Aviva is currently looking to recruit a Technical Delivery Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. We are flexible on the location you are based in, but you will be required to frequently travel to Norwich or Perth office to support collaboration and delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the Exceed Platform, which receives multimillion-pound investment year on year and plays a high-profile role in supporting our General Insurance (GI) business.

You’ll lead and manage delivery teams, ensuring the timely, secure, and high-quality delivery of technology solutions. You’ll also build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Aviva’s frameworks and industry standards.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

* Strong experience in Agile, DevOps, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
* Proven ability to lead delivery teams and manage complex technology programmes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience managing global teams and working with external partners
* Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and governance in a regulated environment, and best practice standards to enable others in the work they do and their future careers

* Salary £60,000 - £65,000 for National based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s

* 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days
