Established in 1999, we have grown rapidly to represent a variety of global car manufacturers with 15 marques in total, including Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, Hyundai, Ford, Honda, Suzuki, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Mazda.

We are looking for an Inbound and Outbound advisors to join our team at our contact centre located in Redditch. Previous contact centre experience not required (although would be beneficial) Full training will be provided. Customer service experience is preferred.

This role is working Monday to Friday on one of the following shift patterns- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm. OTE is £25,369

Role & Responsibilities:

* Receiving/making telephone calls
* Secure bookings for service, MOT and/or repairs
* Be knowledgeable about the services available
* Maximise every upsell opportunity
* Deliver the very highest levels of customer service

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent telephone manner
* Outgoing personality
* Motivated individual
