Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business based in Andover who are seeking a Financial Controller to join their team. This is a hand-on position supporting the business with the overall finance function and managing a small team.The key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Overseeing the full month end management accounts process
* Managing all financial reporting and statements
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Cashflow management
* System and process improvements
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
* Experience in a similar SME environment
* Management experience
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with finance and non-finance individuals
