Role Overview:
* Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.
* Play a central role in developing the litigation team within a branch office
* Bring in new work as well as ensuring best service to existing clients of the firm
* Contribute to the department’s business development strategy.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE.
* Proven track record managing dispute resolution cases including Property, Consumer Law and Contentious Probate.
* Ability to lead a team and supervise junior colleagues
* Excellent communication and strong organisational skills.
* Professional, positive, and flexible approach.
* Client-focused with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
