As part of our Digital Innovation Team, you’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and supporting a wide range of digital projects that improve the way we work and deliver services. We’re looking for a well organised, proactive Programme Support Officer to assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring our digital projects. You will: Support Digital Leads and Project Managers with project delivery Organise documentation, meetings, agendas, and actions Track progress and prepare status reports Coordinate with stakeholders across teams and partners Support adherence to project management standards and processes Who we are looking for… Who are we looking for: We’re looking for a well organised and proactive Programme Support Officer who enjoys working at the heart of change and helping projects run smoothly. You’ll be someone who: Has strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time Is confident coordinating meetings, actions, documentation and project information Can track progress and produce clear, accurate updates for a range of audiences Is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across teams and partners Has a practical understanding of project or programme support, or transferable experience from a similar coordination or support role Is interested in digital transformation work and motivated by making a positive difference in public services What can we offer you!
