Own and manage Paid Media strategy and execution for 3-4 eCommerce clients
Lead on campaign planning, performance tracking, and optimisation across PPC and Paid Social
Take full responsibility for client communication, reporting, and results
Set up and manage media budgets to drive ROI and ROAS
Line manage 1 Account Executive after probation
Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team and help mentor junior team members
2+ years’ experience in Paid Media (agency-side preferred)
~ Strong background in both PPC and Paid Social campaigns
~ Hands-on experience with eCommerce clients essential
~ Confident leading client meetings, reporting, and building trust with stakeholders
~ Skilled in using Google Analytics and working towards performance KPIs (ROAS, ROI, etc.)
~ Bonus if you’ve worked with Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Catalogues, or dashboards like Google Data Studio
