Service Advisor Required in Clacton-On-Sea
1. Company: Franchise / Main Car Dealer.
2. Hours: Monday to Friday only - No weekends!!
3. Salary: Up to £30k basic, £35k OTE
4. Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Our Main Car Dealer client is actively looking to hire a customer service advisor for their site to look after their customers whom are having work completed on their vehicles in their workshop.
Responsibilities of the Service Advisor Role:
5. Providing a pro-active service to customers.
6. Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work.
7. Arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle.
8. Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues.
9. Invoicing work done and taking payments.
10. Working towards company targets and KPI’s.
The successful Service Advisor will be confident and proactive as well as computer literate. You must be able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues and deliver a first class service whilst achieving the company objectives and targets.
Our client is happy to consider Advisors whom have a background within a motor trade front of house service role or Advisors with customer facing experience who are looking to begin a career within the motor trade!
