What You'll Actually Do This is a design led, hands on role. You'll be: Designing electrical systems (wiring looms, fuse boards, power, lighting) Producing and working from electrical schematics Supporting prototype builds and fixing real world problems Working closely with production to make designs work on the shop floor You'll also: Support and guide a small electrical prep team Be the go-to person for electrical questions Gradually take on more responsibility as you grow This is engineering first.
