Special Needs Teaching Assistant Required
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team.
Requirements
* Must have 6-9 months of experience working in a SEN school
* Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
* Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive staff team
Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs. Responsibilities include assisting with learning activities, supporting behaviour and engagement, and helping to create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
