Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Acocks Green

This full-time role, based at a welcoming school in Acocks Green, provides the perfect environment to grow and develop as a teacher alongside a supportive team of experienced educators.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of an Early Career Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons across KS1 in line with the National Curriculum.
* Communicate professionally with parents and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
* Create a safe, well-organised classroom environment where all pupils can succeed.
* Plan and implement engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing additional support and individualised plans where necessary.
Requirements for the Early Career Teacher position:
* Recognised teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and a range of effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant experience working with children in an education based setting.
* An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
