The Opportunity Youll start your career learning the foundations of recruitment, sourcing and engaging candidates within the GTM space. As you develop, youll move into a full 360 consultant role, taking responsibility for:
Managing and developing client relationships
Winning new business and growing accounts
Negotiating offers and closing placements
Building and running your own market niche
