The Integrations Developer role helps design, develop and maintain integrations using the Mulesoft Anypoint platform, already in extensive use at Wren. Working as a member of an agile development team, features are created in an environment that encourages learning and the advancement of your technical skills as a developer. You will be based in our collaborative, open environment at our head office “The Nest” in Barton upon Humber. Main Responsibilities: Design and build new integrations, ranging from entirely new apps to new features, working with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Test Analysts Help maintain and support existing integrations, with a focus on following best practices Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and API contracts Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle About You About you: Essential skills & knowledge: At least 2 years’ experience in creating and maintaining integrations using the Mulesoft Anypoint platform, with expertise in API-led connectivity and RAML/OpenAPI Experience with MuleSoft API Manager, CloudHub, Runtime Manager and DataWeave Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and message queuing systems Experience with Postman for API testing, debugging, and automation Experience of using version control systems (such as Git) as part of a team Desirable skills & knowledge: Experience working with authentication and security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and SAML Working knowledge of DataDog or similar monitoring platforms Experience of working with AWS and appropriate services Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies (such as PHP, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) Experience of agile project methodologies (and its impact on iterative design) Experience of working in a continuous integration environment Has previously worked for a retailer / understands retail process About The Company Wren Kitchens are not only passionate about kitchens, we are passionate about our people!
