We are seeking a Shift Electrician to join our dynamic team. This role involves working a rotating shift pattern: Days: 6am–6pm Nights: 6pm–6am We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Experience A manufacturing background (preferred). A recognised apprenticeship in electrical engineering. Experience with automation control systems, including maintenance and replacement of motors, inverter drives, and contactors. 17th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations certification. Fault-finding expertise. PLC programming skills, particularly Siemens S5 and S7 (desirable but not essential). Basic computer proficiency. Job Responsibilities Conducting both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery used in the manufacture of building products Ensuring compliance with statutory and safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.
