What you'll be doing:
* Win and develop new client relationships
* Deliver high-quality professional and project work
* Take ownership of dilapidations, surveys, and refurbishment projects
* Help shape the service line and influence its direction
* Play a key role in building and mentoring a future team
What we're looking for:
* Commercially minded Building Surveyor with strong client focus
* Experience across core services such as dilaps, condition surveys, CA or project work
* Confident generating work and building relationships
* MRICS preferred but not essential
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
