As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic Electrician to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets. The role is permanent and offers opportunities for career growth.
Salary and Working Hours
Starting salary: £35,234 per year. Hourly rate: Starting at £19.31 per hour once key competencies within the role are achieved. Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
Conduct electrical maintenance in our homes to ensure our properties and communities are maintained to the highest possible standard. Provide high‑level planning and office support to empower a productive workday.
Qualifications
* Recognised Electrical qualification at Level 3 NVQ, certified 18th Edition.
* Inspecting & testing qualification and experience.
* Valid CSCS/ECS card.
* Valid driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.
