Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess office experience and demonstrate excellent computer and customer service skills. However, a candidate with the willingness to learn and apply organisation and customer service skills will be welcomed. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential installs, providing support to our install teams and customers.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations
* Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
* Book installations and scaffolding in the calendar
* Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital
* Prepare documents and reports, such as MCS certificates, Part P certificates.
* Support team members with clerical duties, ensuring timely completion of projects
Experience
* Office experience is preferred, with a background in administrative roles.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
* Effective typing skills for data entry tasks
* Customer service skills preferred.
