Job Responsibilities
1. The Regional Manager is accountable for maximising profitable sales within Country Road Retail stores by developing and implementing tactical plans.
2. The Cluster Manager drives efficiencies across business operations within their group of stores.
3. The Store Manager drives sales and profit and ensures the achievement of all KPI's.
4. The Concession Manager drives sales and profit within their concession business.
5. The Stockroom Manager contributes to the profitability of the retail operation by managing the inventory.
6. The Assistant Store Manager assists in driving sales and profit and ensuring KPI achievement.
7. The Department Manager drives sales and profit and ensures KPI achievement.
8. The Store Supervisor assists the Store Management team in driving sales and profit.
9. Sales Consultants are responsible for maximising store sales and contributing to KPIs.
10. Stockroom Assistants support the store management team in achieving sales targets.
