Digital Designer – Campaign-Focused (Not Brand/Print)

I’m working with a global consumer brand to hire a Digital Designer who specialises in campaign‑led digital creative. This role sits within a high‑performing team led by an experienced Creative Director, working alongside designers, 3D designers, and artworkers – but this hire is specifically focused on digital.
We’re looking for a designer who:
* Lives and breathes digital media
* Understands how design drives engagement, clicks, and performance
* Thinks in terms of users, journeys, and conversion – not just visuals
* Can take a concept and execute it across multiple digital channels at pace
What you’ll be doing
* Rolling out campaigns across:
* Paid social (Meta, TikTok)
* Web & CRM/email
* Producing high‑volume, high‑quality creative
* Adapting assets based on performance and data
* Working closely with marketing & performance teams
What we’re looking for
* Paid social ads
* Display campaigns
* Multi‑channel rollouts (not just brand work)
* Ability to work quickly without losing quality
* Understanding of how creative drives engagement and conversion
Not the right fit if
* Your work is mainly branding, packaging or print
* You don’t have experience in campaign rollouts at scale
