Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with service users’ care and support plans.
• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, continence care).
• Support with mobility, using equipment safely (hoists, Sara Steady, wheelchairs).
• Assist with medication, following company policy and training.
• Prepare meals and drinks, encouraging nutrition and hydration.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Carry out light domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Support service users to attend appointments, activities, and community events.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all care provided.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control measures at all times.
