Job Summary: As a Care Administrator Apprentice, you will support the organisation and coordination of daily and weekly schedules for Community Facilitators, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of care services to our clients. This role is a great opportunity to develop your organisational, communication, and problem solving skills while learning how to balance staff availability, client needs, and business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Support the scheduling of Community Facilitators to help ensure all client care needs are met, assisting with assigning shifts based on availability, skills, and client requirements, and helping to adjust schedules in response to changes such as staff absences or urgent client needs. Act as the first point of contact for Community Facilitators regarding their schedules, communicating clearly and effectively with staff, clients, and management about any updates, and providing reminders to help keep everything running smoothly. Maintain accurate and up to date scheduling records while ensuring all tasks are completed in line with company policies and relevant regulations.. Work closely with care coordinators and management to understand client care plans and support schedule adjustments as needed. Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail.
