Were looking for a Process Engineer to drive long-term improvements and support capital projects within our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on process design, optimization, and implementing best practices to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and improve process designs, models, and technical solutions.
* Lead systemic problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support and lead new product/formula introductions and technology transfers.
* Provide process engineering input for capital projects, including design packages, simulations, and safety reviews.
* Drive standardization and implement global process engineering best practices.
* Conduct economic evaluations and develop proposals for process improvements and capital investments.
* Act as a technical liaison and provide training on process chemistry and equipment.
* Own key Process Safety Management (PSM) elements and participate in hazard analyses.
What Were Looking For:
* Strong understanding of process chemistry, control systems, and troubleshooting.
* Experience in process design, continuous improvement, and project leadership.
