Our journey

Evaro was founded in 2018 by Dr Thuria Wenbar and Dr Oskar Wenbar after realising that 25% of A&E consultations and 40% of GP appointments focused on minor health conditions. Starting as an online service for e-Surgery and e-Pharmacy, Evaro has since expanded its offerings to support 13.5 million patients across NHS and private healthcare services in the UK.

Join us as a PPC Specialist to create, optimise, and scale Google Ads campaigns that drive sustainable growth. You will play a key role in building campaigns from the ground up, driving ROI, and improving performance through data-driven optimisation. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team.


As a PPC Specialist at Evaro, you will


Campaign Strategy & Execution

* Build Google Ads campaigns from scratch, including campaign setup, ad groups, and targeting strategy
* Develop comprehensive keywords through research, competitor analysis, and performance insights
* Create compelling ad copy and test variations to maximise click-through and conversion rates
* Monitor conversion tracking and attribution models to measure true campaign effectiveness
* Manage budget allocation across campaigns to optimise overall account performance


Performance Optimisation & Analytics

* Conduct ongoing keyword optimisation, including adding negative keywords, adjusting bids, and refining match types
* Monitor and optimise Quality Scores to reduce cost per click and improve ad positioning
* Perform regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market trends
* Analyse performance data daily to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
* Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
* Use A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign elements


Technical Management

* Manage Google Merchant Center setup and ongoing maintenance, including product feeds and data sources
* Ensure accurate product data synchronisation and troubleshoot feed errors
* Monitor conversion tracking
* Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, beta features, and best practices


Commercial & Strategic Input

* Understand Evaro’s business model, unit economics, and growth objectives to inform paid search strategy
* Identify new opportunities for campaign expansion, including new products, audiences, or campaign types
* Provide commercial recommendations on budget allocation and investment decisions
* Collaborate with wider marketing and commercial teams to align paid search with overall business goals


About you


Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications

* 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable results
* Proven track record of building successful campaigns from scratch and achieving strong ROAS (ideally 3x+ or equivalent metrics)
* Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
* Strong technical skills with Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and data source management
* Excellent analytical skills with ability to extract insights from complex data sets and translate into action
* Deep understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent
* Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and attribution models
* Self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision
* Commercial understanding of the business in terms of profitability
* Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities


Desirable Skills & Experience

* Experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated industry
* Google Ads certifications
* Experience with B2C or B2B2C business models
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
* Experience working with e-commerce platforms and shopping feeds
* Understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation principles
* SQL or data analysis tool experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
