Salary: Up to £45,000 base salary per annum subject to experience + bonus

They are now actively recruiting for the Bodyshop Workshop Controller role for the Accident Repair Bodyshop in Glasgow.
The Role
As Workshop Controller you will play a vital role in the smooth, efficient operation of the workshop. You will coordinate workloads, ensure repair quality, and lead a team of technicians to deliver safe, accurate, and timely repairs every time.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and allocate daily workloads across the workshop team
* Monitor team productivity, quality of work, and repair timelines
* Liaise with Vehicle Damage Assessors (VDAs), parts, and front-of-house to ensure seamless workflow
* Motivate and lead technicians, supporting performance, training, and development
* Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry quality standards
Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* High attention to detail and a commitment to repair quality
* Sound understanding of accident repair processes and workshop operations
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
