Key Responsibilities: Processing Orders Communicating with clients and suppliers via phone and email Liaising with the warehouse production team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time What Were Looking For: A highly organised and adaptable individual with excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly manner Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Previous experience with Sage is desirable, though not essential In this role, youll be involved in every stage of the order process from initial customer contact to final delivery making it ideal for someone who enjoys seeing the impact of their work from start to finish.
