About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring teachers currently undertaking a teaching qualification to gain valuable classroom experience. You will work alongside experienced educators, supporting lesson delivery, engaging with students, and developing your teaching practice in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons under supervision
2. Support students’ learning and development across the curriculum
3. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
4. Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
5. Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions

6. Currently enrolled in a recognised teacher training programme
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. A genuine passion for working with children and young people
9. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and respond to feedback
10. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
