Job Title
Relief Front of House Assistant – Full‑time (6‑month fixed contract; potential extension to full time).
Location & Schedule
Leeds – Multi‑site role.
Pay: £12.99 per hour.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days over 7 days).
Weeks: 52 weeks per year.

This exciting new role will require flexibility to drive to locations to support the Site Manager with front‑of‑house duties.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
* Keep kitchen and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times.
* Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
* Ensure customers receive a prompt and efficient service, consistently exceeding expectations.
* Be customer‑focused at all times: visible during service periods, approachable, quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
* Project a willing and helpful attitude to customers, seek the appropriate knowledge of food items sold through catering areas, keep areas and service counters clean and fully stocked.
* Treat team members at the location as you would expect to be treated.
* Co‑operate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen/service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered at all times.
* Attend food safety, health and safety and environmental training courses as required.
* Rigorously follow the unit cleaning schedules.
Qualifications
* Must own car and be flexible.
* Ideally have experience working within Education catering.
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Flexible with a can‑do attitude, customer focused.
* Fun and enthusiastic.
* Have excellent organisational skills.
* Demonstrate great attention to detail.
* Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
* Possess great customer service skills.
* Have a flexible approach to work.
