Children's Support Worker - Gloucester
Your new company
We are looking to recruit resilient, flexible, and motivated support workers to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our patients. You will be involved in promoting positive outcomes and assisting with challenging behaviour. You will be providing care for children with complex needs. You will be a safe and inspiring role model for children and young people from traumatic backgrounds. It is also important that you work well in a team. Your new role is working closely with the residents to manage their needs. You will be completing activities to promote and build self-esteem. Typical shifts will be long days with sleeping, with lots of overtime available. Set in the countryside of Gloucestershire.
What you'll need to succeed
The minimum requirement for this role is 6 months experience in a social care setting within the last two years. Full training will be provided for this role; however, driving is essential for this role.You should be local to Gloucestershire or the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire borders. GL19/GL2 and WR13, and happy to commute. * We currently subsidize travel costs.

10. £23,000 - £23,500 entry level,
£23,500 - £24,000 post probation 6 months
11. Waking Nights £14.47 - £14.86 Per hour
