Job Description Alexander Daniels are working with an established business based in Nottingham who are seeking a highly skilled and organised Payroll Manager to join their team. The Payroll Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll for the business, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and providing guidance to internal stakeholders on payroll-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll for all employees.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, deductions, and bonuses.
Manage all payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders.
Ensure the accurate calculation and submission of tax, pension contributions, and other statutory deductions (e.g., National Insurance, PAYE, etc.).
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including PAYE, NI, pensions, and HMRC reporting.
Processing all new LGPS admitted body status for each new contract.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance and HR departments).
Oversee the preparation and submission of annual P60 and P11D forms.
