Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a leading commercial property consultancy to recruit a Rating Surveyor for their expanding Business Rates team in Bristol.

What You'll Be Doing
6. Advise clients on business rates mitigation strategies.
7. Inspect and value commercial properties for rating purposes.
8. Negotiate with the Valuation Office Agency and Billing Authorities.
9. Attend client meetings and support business development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
10. MRICS qualified or actively working towards qualification.
11. Experience in business rates valuation (private sector or VOA backgrounds welcome).
12. Strong understanding of rating legislation and the Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
13. Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
14. Commercially aware, proactive, and a strong team player.
