What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and mentor a high‑performing network engineering and administration team
* Oversee enterprise network operations while meeting SLAs and performance standards
* Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and operational standards
* Drive disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
* Partner with security teams to support cybersecurity initiatives
* Manage vendors, contracts, and enterprise agreements
* Plan and execute short‑ and long‑term infrastructure projects
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Deep expertise with enterprise networking (Cisco Nexus, WAN, BGP/OSPF)
* Experience with Aruba, Palo Alto, and network automation tools
* Strong knowledge of cloud and virtual networking (Azure, AWS, VMware NSX)
* Familiarity with OT security models and industrial network environments
* Proven ability to lead teams in complex, global IT environments
