Your new role As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate customer data Processing orders efficiently and accurately Handling enquiries and resolving complaints professionally Coordinating with internal teams for invoicing Providing administrative support What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience working in a customer service role. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organisational skills. You can work well in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise and manage your time effectively. You're proactive, self-motivated and have a sense of urgency. Ideally, you will also speak a European language such as French or German.
