Job Description
We are seeking a commercially astute Project Director with Health experience to join our Real Estate team. With the opportunity to work on the New Hospital Programme, this is a defined opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market leading Health Division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead delivery of the New Hospital Programme across various functions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Plan and secure resources for the programme, using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Lead and manage the programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
* Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
* Ensure the programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards.
* Build, sustain and facilitate relationships with programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
* Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the programme, using appropriate metrics and indicators.
* Evaluate the impact and benefits of the programme, using evidence-based methods and tools.
Qualifications
* A proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
* Professionally qualified at post-graduate level (must be an internationally recognized project management qualification).
* Degree qualified with cognate degree preferable.
* Experience in Health projects and/or major infrastructure programs.
* Strong contract administration skills.
* Commercially astute.
* Experience of NEC contracts.
