This role is ideal for a mechanically focused engineer with experience inmechanical building services designwhos ready to take the next step in their career.
Youll be contributing to the design and delivery of sustainable, energy-efficient systems for a variety of projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mechanical design and specification of building services systems including HVAC, ventilation, and public health.
* Preparation of technical reports, drawings, and detailed design documentation.
* Perform calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., Hevacomp, IES, Revit, AutoCAD).
* Work collaboratively with other engineers, architects, and clients throughout the design process.
* Support senior engineers in delivering projects from concept to completion.
* Ensure all work complies with current building regulations, CIBSE guidelines, and sustainability targets.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
2. At least 2 years experience within a UK-based Building Services consultancy.
