We're recruiting a hands‑on Centre Manager to lead an automotive service centre in Reading. This role is responsible for overall site performance, including team leadership, customer service, sales and operational delivery.
You'll manage the day‑to‑day running of the centre, ensuring targets are achieved across revenue, service quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on position, supporting the workshop team where required while maintaining a high‑performing, customer‑focused environment.

Requirements

* Hands‑on technical background (MOT, servicing or repairs advantageous).
* Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
