Procurement & Sustainability Project Manager

Role Overview
GSK are on the lookout for a Procurement & Sustainability Project Manager to join the team at GSK HQ in London. This person will play a critical role in driving sustainability initiatives and projects across GSK’s global operations and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and manage sustainability-focused projects across GSK’s global network.
* Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery of sustainability initiatives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainability targets.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting
* Analyze sustainability-related data to measure impact, track progress, and provide actionable insights.
* Develop dashboards and reports to communicate project outcomes and key metrics to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sustainability performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Communicate project updates and results effectively.
* Identify opportunities for innovation in project management processes.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on sustainability or environmental initiatives.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and with sustainability in supply chain / Scope 3.
* Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles and reporting.
