Full time Health care Assistant
Motivated and qualified health care assistant required for a 'Good' rated care home.
We are canvassing for passionate carers who wish to pursue a career in care. It is recommended you have the right values of care and best interest at the heart of your knowledge.
This position is full time and applicants are to be available to work from Monday - Sunday, for day or night shifts. This position is full time - minimum of 39 hours per week. Ideal candidate has experience in care and is looking to progress their career in a professional care setting.
Basic duties include support for personal care of residents, dressing, mealtime support, 1-2-1 activities, recording of care on specific documentation. Night shift includes communal area cleaning duties relevant to the post.
Candidate should be fully flexible to cover nights/Days/Weekdays and weekends
Staff will be given full training, support from the Management to undertake NVQ training, specialist training such as First Aider, Fire Marshall, Continence and Infection Control. Ideal candidates would benefit from a good level of literacy and numeracy. An excellent ability to converse in English is required.
Pension scheme offered along with paid annual leave (5.8 Weeks per year).
