Overview
PURPOSE & IMPACT: Leads the holistic HR agenda within the Phoenix projects, including the rollout of S4HANA and commercial projects (sales CRM and RGM). Responsible for effective management of People, Culture, and Performance across the areas of accountability, directly contributing to the delivery of the Phoenix Programme. Manages employee lifecycle activities across the respective workstream teams.
Responsibilities
Project Workstream
* Partner with Project Lead to provide HR leadership and guidance, building a high-performing team aligned with project needs.
* Understand the programme deeply to proactively address skills and performance issues, minimizing risks.
* Operate at strategic and hands-on levels, fostering a collaborative HR network within the workstream.
Team Effectiveness and Contract Management
* Lead workforce planning, role scoping, and organization design to meet project outcomes.
* Ensure high performance and recruit top talent for critical roles, managing contractor and FTE contracts in line with controls and legal requirements.
HR Workstream
* Develop a strategic HR plan for the project, ensuring governance and compliance.
* Manage HR project deliverables such as payroll, role mapping, and organizational design.
* Support change management, role mapping, stakeholder engagement, and data management.
IR and ER
* Identify compliance and employee relations risks related to role changes.
* Manage IR implications, develop mitigation plans, and work with local HR teams on IR and Works Council consultations.
Change Management
* Partner with HRBPs to ensure consistent employee experience and embed change initiatives.
* Address training, communication, and resource needs; create guidance documents for project execution.
Qualifications
* Proven experience leading HR workstreams in system implementation projects.
* Business English proficiency.
* Experience with matrix management and implementing change within matrix organizations.
* Preferably FMCG or Retail experience, with cross-border exposure.
* Knowledge of IR and HR functional areas.
